I absolutely love this product it is actually the only product I use, it makes your hair so soft and it smells amazing. Camri did her BIG ONE!!!!
I really wanted to leave a great review as I love the product and I’ve only ordered it twice. I noticed results after the first use. HOWEVER, each time I’ve ordered, shipping has taken far too long for a domestic/ local company. It took 7 business days to receive a “shipping label has been created” notification and after an additional 4 business days (17 calendar days total) my order still has not shipped. I have not received any updates from Renew in regards to my order.
Summary:
Great product, noticeable results after one use
Poor communication, inaccurate shipping updates, long processing time and no acknowledgement after 11 business days are significant issues

A little goes a long way! The shampoo develops such a rich lather that you don’t need too much. It smells so good and left my hair well prepared for the conditioner. Now that conditioner is fire!! The detangle process took less time than normal because my hair was so soft! Will definitely be buying again with the scrub!
My daughter’s and my tresses soaked up all of the moisture. Our hair loves this shampoo and conditioner. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
